I cannot recommend Quality Dental Care enough! I had a dental emergency and left a message after the office had already closed. Within an hour, I received a call from Vlada. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about helping me. As she became more concerned about my situation, she called me back, scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next morning, took my insurance information, and reassured me that they would take excellent care of me. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire team exceeded every expectation. Dr. Shiyab quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my treatment options, and came up with the best plan of care. His work was exceptional. He made the entire procedure as painless as possible, kept me calm throughout, and was incredibly understanding of my dental anxiety. Tonight, I am home, resting, and completely pain-free. I am beyond grateful to Vlada, Dr. Shiyab, and the entire team at Quality Dental Care. Their compassion, professionalism, and outstanding care made all the difference. Hands down, this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
Excellent experience overall! My husband and I established care and we are very happy we did. Vlada went above and beyond, especially with our daughter. Dr. Shiyab took the time to discuss any concerns. The practice sees one patient at a time. This allows them to really exceed the expectations I had for my visit. When so many local dentists push procedures and upsells, Dr. Shiyab focuses on the care for his patients.
I’m never excited about and I never look forward to going to the dentist. The idea of someone poking very sharp surgical instruments in my mouth are unsettling. But that recently changed. Dr. Shiyab and Vlada were very professional and gentle and when Vlada was cleaning out those hard to reach places the sensation I got was very satisfying. Clean teeth!! Never felt that way before. Highly recommend their services!
Great place, Vlada and Dr. Shiyab really take great care of your teeth and will go over and beyond to make sure you leave happy and with no pain. Best duo you can in the dental industry.
Vlada is great. Very professional but also very personable. Made my visits there easy and pain free. Highly recommend Vlada
