This condo was just perfect for our trip to St. Augustine! It had everything we needed for our days on the beach and is just 15 minutes from historic downtown. It was clean and cozy, and stocked with the necessities you don’t find in most condos like coffee, shampoo and conditioner, and even laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The wife loved the bathroom and shower, and the lighted makeup mirror, even though one of the lights was out. The owners even texted to make sure we found it and got settled in without any issues. Our family had a great time here, we will definitely be back for another vacation! Feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to see more pics of the condos.

This is my experience there: You MUST confirm where is YOUR reservation/unit alocated, because the pictures DON´T are REAL, they will show the sea front unit, but when you arrive it´s FAKE, it happened to me, they show pictures of the beach as the unit was in the shore line, but it´s FALSE, so they are LYING to you, and then you can´t do nothing about this, I traveled more than 3 hours with my wife, the I found that my unit was the LAST, by the fron of the street, then we have to walk and climb a long stairs to see the beach, about 300 mts. even a small breeze there. My "gentle" host Dave ask me and my wife to step out of the room, and wait outside because we enter 25 minutes before 4.00 pm, there´s any place to stay, the temperature was around 100 F , no shadows, because you only have ONE parking spot, that´s all. Then you must know that even if the room is HOT you CAN´T regulate the AC, "its the house rules" if you need more, must use the Ceilin Fans, wow! amazing. He keep texting about the AC "rules". So, be advised, there are ONLY few units in the sea front, don´t be scammed. There´s my "gentle host" comunications: David Hi Frank, just a reminder check-in is at 4 o'clock. I had somebody coming by at 3 o'clock** and it looked like on the camera. I could see somebody there with a dog. I'm not sure if that's you but I do have somebody coming in so please I need you to wait till four. Thank you. Jun 11 David Hi, this is David with the Condo. You cannot put the AC below 68°. You're gonna freeze the unit up, if you need a colder than 68 turn the ceiling fans on thank you! And the last, was when he ask us to "remember" the time to checkout, even if we already leaved earlier, about 9 am...CRAZY **IT WAS 3.35 PM not 3.00 pm, so he asked us to step out and wait until 4.00
Very quiet. Right on the beach. The condo 9D1A was clean and the owners were wonderful. 1 issue and they were there that day.
Pros: Very easy to locate. Easy access to the pool. Beautiful landscape. Well maintained. Cons: lots & lots & lots of stairs. If older or disabled this place is not for you. Also, the trash dumpsters are located at the Entrance rather than the exit. Very limited parking. If possible, carpool because the extra parking is at the front of the complex by the entrance.
