We had a wonderful experience with Purple Heart Pools. They adjusted their workflow to meet some changes in their schedule and did an excellent job resurfacing our pool and deck. We can not be happier with the work or the cost. In particular, their Sales Rep Joe Streeter went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They have earned our highest recommendation.

I cannot say enough great things about Purple Heart Pool, Inc.! From the very beginning, Joe made an outstanding impression. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive when scheduling my appointment. He made sure every detail was taken care of and that the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Tyler, the technician, was hands-down one of the most genuine, caring, patient, and knowledgeable service professionals I've ever worked with. He took his time to thoroughly explain the salt water system that was being installed and made sure I fully understood how to use and maintain my pool and equipment. I never felt rushed, and he went above and beyond to answer every question I had. Thanks to his guidance, I now have everything I need to properly maintain my pool with confidence. What really sets this company apart is their commitment to customer service. Joe personally followed up the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service before even discussing how to make payment. Both Joe and Tyler also provided their personal phone numbers and encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions or needed assistance in the future. That level of care and accessibility is rare these days. While they don't offer the weekly pool cleaning service since I’m located too far away, I would not hesitate to recommend Purple Heart Pools, Inc. to family, friends, and neighbors. I'll absolutely be calling them again anytime I need pool-related assistance. And it certainly doesn't hurt that they're a fellow veteran-owned business. Chad and Joe at Purple Heart Pools were a pleasure to work with. We got several quotes, and ended up going with Purple Heart for our pool build, based on many factors. Chad was patient with us as we designed our pool with our (the wife's 😂🫢) requirements in the office. We got the project done in less than 3 months! Which is borderline light speed. My neighbors project dragged well over a year due to shady contractor issues. No issues here! Just the best quality and fair prices. Joe kept us looped in from start to finish, planning to setting up Jandy automation, everything went to plan. By the way Purple Heart Pools is the top of the list for Jandy certified installers in northeast florida! We just got our final inspection done - yahoo!

Joe was Great to work with in our Pool Restoration and UpGrade process. Communication , Quality and Workmanship was top notch. Gave me hope after several disasters with contractors in recent past. Thanks Joe, Chad and Crew for a job well done. I'm heading to the pool. Aaahhhh!!
