PuroClean of Jacksonville Southbank

I cannot say enough good things about PuroClean and the incredible team that helped me during one of the most stressful situations I’ve experienced. When my home flooded, I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next—but from the moment Keith, Nate, Tyler, and Matthew arrived, everything changed. Each of them was not only professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely kind and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and reassured me every step of the way. What stood out the most was how they made me feel at ease during such a chaotic time. They didn’t just treat it like a job—they treated my home and my situation with real care and respect. Keith, Nate, Tyler, and Matthew worked efficiently while still being incredibly thoughtful, making sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. Their teamwork and positive attitudes made a huge difference, turning a stressful and emotional experience into something much more manageable. I’m truly grateful for their help and would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone in need of restoration services. This team goes above and beyond—not just in the work they do, but in how they treat people.

Job was completed 4/19/2024 Andreas was the best. Had water damage from a leaking shower pan. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. He was very accommodating and allowed me to be involved with every step of the process. Very professional and eye for detail was excellent. Pictures below. Would highly recommend

Keith and Q were awesome! They were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job cleaning up my window area that had a bit of a mold issue. I definitely recommend them and will be sure to ask for them if I have any issues in the future. I put some before and after photos for reference.

We had a nightmare renter situation at our property on A Street on St Augustine Beach. After our cleaning people tried for 5 days to get all the biohazard contamination cleaned, we still felt we needed additional remediation. Anthony, from the floor cleaning team, was able to come out the day after we called. He was so kind and was extremely professional. He and another team member moved all our furniture and other items to take care of the cleaning. Our floors look and feel like new! We will be able to rest comfortably in the knowledge that the floors are truly clean. Thank you for the amazing work, Anthony!
