PT Solutions of St. Augustine

I can't speak highly enough about the staff at PT Solutions and how kindly they treat my elderly mom. She is greeted by name from a friendly, smiling staff upon arrival. Then Max, listens attentively and patiently to her recap of exercises since the last visit before starting the session. Max is thorough and professional with a great "bedside manner" so my mom feels her concerns are addressed. If physical therapy is in your future I can fully recommend PT Solutions.

I liked my therapist Lauren but I do not like the PT Solutions model. Treating multiple patients at a time makes any manual/hands on therapy damn near impossible. This does a major disservice to most patients and creates longer recovery times. I will be transferring to First Coast where the model is one on one. I worked at a PT office with one on one for 10 years and it makes a difference.

I highly recommend PT Solutions for the friendly professional staff and their caring approach to physical therapy. The therapists are hands on evaluating and modifying exercises each session to improve my range of motion and strength. The care I receive is excellent!

I came in to get an exercise program for rehabbing a broken wrist...I was so pleased to find this office... the lady's at the front desk were so helpful and kind.. and brooke the one who worked with me on the exercises was just amazing.. she listened to my concerns and she really went and and beyond to make sure I was comfy with the protocol she developed for me.. im so greatful to everyone that works in this office that made my visit so welcoming.. its so clean and easy to get an appt at.. thanks yall.. so very mych
