Prudential Club: Garden, Lounge & Liquors

The liquor store has a nice selection and the garden space was AMAZING, but the bar leaves a lot to be desired. They had a very small selection of liquors at the bar for being attached to a liquor store, the liquor didn’t really seem to be a focus. With no signature cocktails, it felt more like an open bar at a wedding than a nice bar. I do know this space is fairly new though so I am hoping they will expand the bar offerings.

Prudential Club: Garden Lounge and Liquors is a gem in San Marco! Not just a liquor store (although they have a great selection of spirits!). You have to come in on a Friday or Saturday night and check out the gorgeous (and spacious, and shaded and perfect) Garden out back. There’s a bar out there and such a great atmosphere (if you enjoy live music, don’t miss out on the Garden on the weekends). It’s easy to become a regular here. The staff are like a family, and they treat you like family. I really only have great things to say about this place. Check it out—whether you’re looking for a nice bottle of wine or a great small-batch bourbon to bring home, or wanting to sip a stellar cocktail under the stars in a secret backyard Garden—everything you need is here. :)

Excellent causal, outdoor space for drinking. We went to view a special event being hosted there and had a great time. Outdoor space has a variety of high top and lounge seating. Tent style bar. They made good drinks. Inside prices are good and selection is great! Grabbed a few bottles before heading home.

Only had a chance to check out the liquor store portion, but it’s a really cool spot! Huge selection of the really reasonably priced drinks including a large NA section (kratom, kava, THC) which was a sweet find. Nick was great :) we’ll be back to check out the lounge soon.
