Absolutely amazing customer service and very personable. They were fantastic with our Tesla model Y and kept us well updated on the process. Not many places in Jacksonville even do work on Teslas.
This is a fantastic body shop! Everyone at ProStar is professional and courteous. I was fortunate to work with James Kumpf who was informative and professional right from the start ... he made an uncomfortable situation stress free. He worked with my Insurance company from A to Z and helped facilitate my rental car. They matched the paint perfectly and my car looked better than before the accident! I highly recommend them!!
We had a great experience with Prostar on Phillips highway in Jacksonville. The service was excellent. Our representative was James Krumpf. He kept us up to speed with day to day updates on the progress of our vehicle repair. In all, the Prostar team did an outstanding job going over and above exceeding our expectations. Needless to say, we highly recommend this organization for your vehicle repair needs.
These folks were outstanding. Prompt thorough service to repair a bumper ding. Cannot even see a hint of the blemish, and the color matches perfectly.
James Kumpf was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and informative. He made sure our Palisade was taken car of. Thank you James.
