Julie is the best manager we have ever had. She is always getting back to us in a timely manner. She is very experienced and defiantly know her stuff! She had a great personality and is very helpful. She goes out of her way and is very professional. We are here because of her.
Unfortunately would not recommend. To many issues not addressed in a timely manner. Owner would not stand up for his employees. Canceled contract in June. By law, they had 20 days to turn over any records. Took several months and lawyers to get it all. Good Luck in the future.
Julie is an excellent Community Association Manager. She’s always responsive, helpful, and professional. She handles questions and issues quickly and makes everything much easier for residents. Highly recommend!
I am a board member of a property owners' association, composed primarily of commercial/retail enterprises. Our relationship with Property Advisors Management is quite new, and we are, I believe, their first engagement for a commercial property owners' association. Our owners/members have quite different needs and expectations from those of HOA or condo association members. Julie Davis and Vickie Whitaker have exceeded expectations - enthusiastic, dedicated and determined to work through new challenges in dealing with this new business sector - absolute professionals!
Brandy Arnold has tirelessly worked to turn around our condominium community in Montreux, which was severely neglected under our previous management company. She ensures our capital needs are prioritized, nuisance properties are addressed, our vendor contracts thoroughly scrutinized, and our long term finances stabilized, all while ensuring compliance with the vast array of legal requirements for doing so.
