Pro Vision did a fantastic job. Jose and his team were prompt, polite and communicative. The work was 5 Star. Tyler came and did a walk through. Very polite, professional and wanted to ensure our complete satisfaction. Great job by all!
Our experience with Provision Painting was a long, exhausting series of disappointments and poor workmanship. We were sold a premium cabinet refinishing project and paid top dollar based on promises of exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Unfortunately, what was delivered was nowhere close to what was promised. During the sales process, we were told our 47 cabinet doors and drawer fronts would be professionally sanded, primed, and painted in their state-of-the-art, climate-controlled finishing facility to ensure a durable, factory-quality finish. Instead, the two painters loaded all 47 doors and drawer fronts into their personal Toyota RAV4 and took them to their home, where they painted them in their garage. We were also told our kitchen would be sealed off and properly vented while the cabinet boxes were sanded, primed, and painted over a period of 4 to 6 days. Instead, the entire process—including the kitchen and master bathroom cabinets—was completed in approximately six hours. There was virtually no sanding, and they even caulked cabinet seams and immediately sprayed paint over the fresh caulk. By the following day, the caulk had shrunk, leaving cracked paint throughout the cabinets. The finished product was unacceptable, with paint runs, bubbles, missed areas, thin coverage where the original finish showed through, and an overall poor-quality appearance. We repeatedly requested that a project manager or the owner come inspect the work, but those requests were ignored until I refused to make the final payment after the project had dragged on for ten weeks. To their credit, Provision Painting eventually assigned a different painter to the project. He worked for approximately two and a half weeks trying to correct the numerous problems left by the original crew. While he worked hard to improve the finish, many of the original issues should never have occurred in the first place. The problems extended beyond the painting itself. A cabinet trim piece that we were assured would be "no problem" took nine weeks to replace. Paint overspray was left on our dishwasher, and part of the dishwasher's rubber door gasket was painted. Paint was also dripped onto our brand-new countertops and flooring. Even worse, one of the painters accidentally rolled paint onto our newly installed wall oven and then attempted to remove the dried paint with sandpaper, permanently scratching the stainless steel oven door. Several employees who personally saw the project openly acknowledged that the workmanship was not acceptable. The most frustrating part is that we had initially considered another painting company. They couldn't begin the project for three weeks, while Provision Painting promised they could complete the work before the other company could even start. Based on those assurances, we hired Provision Painting and paid $1,000 more than the competing estimate. Instead of a quick, professional project, we lived with our kitchen in a constant state of disruption for nearly eleven weeks while crews repeatedly attempted to fix problems that should never have existed. This company over promised and under delivered. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Provision Painting and would strongly encourage anyone considering them to look elsewhere. Provision did offer to take a small amount off the final bill, however they wanted me to sign a waiver saying I could not post a review of this experience. I refused to sign anything giving up my right to speak the truth! The attached photos speak for themselves.
Dilmer was very methodical, meticulous, and clean while preparing our kitchen for painting. It is a tremendous amount of work to do this. Once the prep work was completed, two coats of primer and two coats of special cabinet paint was applied with a sprayer. The doors were painted at the warehouse and when ready to be reinstalled they were brought in individually wrapped. New hardware and bumpers were added.
PRO Vision Painting was asked to paint exterior, gutters and doors of our 1 story home. Project manager Nico Lawler made this happen. He was interested and gave us a estimate. We agreed and we just sat back and watched. The two men repaired, taped, painted and cleaned up. They were very helpful and friendly. The house looks amazing. The neighbors also like it. This for us was a dream come true. We would highly recommend this team. Van and Sharon Curll Middleburg Florida

He led the team very well. The job was painting the exterior of my home and it was flawless. I highly recommend Pro Vision and most important the price was very reasonable. They exceeded my expectations.
