Sept.2025 both my husband and I bought a different primary care place due to Casey Edwards not paying attention to what I said. I have multiple problems due to diabetes. That day she tells me I have chronic kidney disease that was stage 3 b but is now 3a. Golf me to follow dash diet, and to enjoy eating hot dogs that night. Bad advice eating hot dogs for me. Always said my kidney and liver function was good. How can that be? We are better we'll take care of at our new primary care. They may do well for people who don't care about their health much but I do. Did not get time with her that much when she started seeing us at the same time. Wanted to concentrate more on my husband especially that last visit when she threw that bomp shell at me about having c.k.d.
I don't know how this office manages to function. My experience was one mistake after another, and I ended up doing their job for them every step of the way. I originally saw Andrea Wilson (who is conveniently no longer with the practice). I told her I thought I might have ADHD, and somehow I was referred for amnesia testing instead. Then she referred me to a neurosurgeon instead of a neurologist. This caused even MORE delays. She ordered a sleep study, which I completed. The sleep study company sent my results to the office, yet I was repeatedly told they never received them. After getting nowhere, I had to call the sleep company myself and obtain the results. When my insurance needed those results for my CPAP machine, the office still wouldn't send them. I ended up sending them myself, and my insurance is STILL waiting on the doctor's notes because, apparently, that hasn't been done either. NONE of my health information was put into the portal. Why even offer patients the portal if you can only see how much money you owe them? To top it all off, I was told I needed blood work. Almost a month later, there's still no blood work order in the system. Patients shouldn't have to chase down test results, send paperwork to their own insurance company, or constantly fix referral mistakes just to receive basic medical care. The lack of communication, follow through, and attention to detail at this office is unacceptable. Healthcare is stressful enough without having to wonder if your doctor's office is going to do its job. I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with the level of incompetence I experienced.
Started off well but should have switched doctors sooner. I had issues a year ago with office not refilling medication. I had a double bypass and was told at my last follow I would not need to be seen for a year. I am now out of my medication, cvs and I called multiple times last week to get it refilled just to find out today I need a doctor's appointment after being out of meds... they are not willing to help with a bridge prescription to get me through. Edit: after posting this the team send over my prescription
I have only been here twice now, after not having a primary care doctor for many years and I have no complaints so far. Everyone seems very friendly and welcoming. The fish tank is beautiful and the office is clean.
I have been seeing Christopher Roberson PA-C for 15+ years. He consistently listens to my health concerns and responds appropriately with that information. He takes his time with me and listens to what I tell her. He runs tests as appropriate and he follows up on what is going on with me at the time. In addition, he has always been pleasant and kind. I know that I can present to Christopher with any healthcare concern and feel
