Booked a chimney inspection first thing Monday. Prime Chimney Sweep Cleaning Solution sent updates the whole way, finished when they said, and charged exactly what was quoted. Reasonable pricing. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.
brought them in for a chimney waterproofing. Prime Chimney Sweep Cleaning Solution showed up on time, did the work in one visit, and charged what they quoted. Had the parts on the truck which saved a trip. Simple and honest.
Booked a flue repair this past weekend. Prime Chimney Sweep Cleaning Solution sent updates the whole way, finished when they said, and charged exactly what was quoted. Reasonable pricing. The tech answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Honored the quote even when the job ran long.
Honestly thought the price for the chimney waterproofing was going to be too high. Was wrong. Prime Chimney Sweep Cleaning Solution was clearly experienced and the work speaks for itself. Cleaned up after themselves before they left. Stuck around to make sure it actually worked. You actually get what you pay for.
Was in Macclenny and ran into an issue I didnt plan for. Prime Chimney Sweep Cleaning Solution sorted it out fast and didn't try to take advantage of an out-of-towner. They fit me in even though they were slammed. Were patient with all my questions. Anyway, worth it.
