Belle was awesome! She was very kind, respectful, and had a great attitude from the moment I arrived. She made the whole experience easy and welcoming. The car wash itself did a fantastic job, my truck came out looking spotless. Great customer service and a great wash. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’m really disappointed with the quality of service I received. The cleaning was very rushed and incomplete. They didn’t even remove the third-row floor mats to properly clean underneath, which is pretty basic for a full car wash/detail. On top of that, the center console was left dirty and untouched. For the price paid, I expected much more attention to detail. Unfortunately, this felt like a surface level job at best. I won’t be returning unless there’s a big improvement in quality.
I pulled in at first and was greeted by an angry young man who kinda Waze me away from the wrong direction Had a serious attitude. Talk to the front very sweet girl. Guy came up to me handled it very well. Gave me to Julian. Julian's hand wash on the car was amazing. The car is beautiful clean smells great. He did an awesome job on the wheels chefs kiss great job Julian not so much on the other guy he needs to go.
Paid $50 for basic interior and exterior clean, and this was the ‘clean’ car that was returned to me. They cleaned the front seats well enough that I didn’t automatically look in the back. Needless to say I was very disappointed when I finally saw the rest.
It's probably been about a year since I've gone to this location. I stopped going because of the quality. I thought after a year I would give it another try but, nothing has changed. I got into the car and there are so many places that are filled with water. Also, the windows are terrible. I've had to pull over twice and take a towel to dry them. It's really sad because when they first opened this was a great place to get your car washed.
