Had a great tour with Taylor today. Lots of units on site and many other models to choose from. Taylor is well educated in making the process happen.
I had the pleasure working with Taylor Watson, housing consultant at Prestige Home Centers. From start to finish, Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made me and my family feel heard and valued. Taylor answered all my questions and was able to get everything that I wanted for the home. And also helped us by explaining every option we had. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your needs and will work hard to get you into the right home, I highly recommend Taylor Watson at Prestige Home Centers. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I was very optimistic after having seen their floor models. That has greatly changed Timelines here are weightless suggestions, as they hire what appears to be the worst contractors they can find. They’ve littered my yard with trash, constantly need for rework, blatantly lie about working/testing or even showing up, just to fail inspections. Now, after months and months of delays, there is a house with so many issues that even home inspectors dont want to touch it. The manufacturer is just as bad, with a house that doesn’t even have water because of their defects. Half the doors in the house dont close, there are clearly broken parts that were installed and sent anyways, to include shattered mirrors and an unusable bathroom. Shingling issues galore. Craftsmanship only worth being ashamed of. Yet despite this, Prestige presses me to move into a home which clearly fails to conform with plans and specs. All under the promise that they may eventually fix it. Expecting that I live without the bare minimum for habitability. Absolute shame. Buy a tent, save some stress.
