Mr. Dorsey and his team replaced our ductwork last week and what a difference it has made. Mr. Dorsey was patient while working with me to get this done and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I had holes in my ceiling from where the old ducts had leaked through and Mr. Dorsey repaired them and put in new A/C grill coverings. Mr. Dorsey told me my home would cool much better and get icy cold and he was telling the truth. The temperature inside stays consistent with what the A/C temp is set to, causing my unit not to work so hard anymore. I am looking forward to spending this summer in the comfort of my home and not worrying about the heat for me and my family. Thank you so much to Mr. Dorsey and your team!
A/C was down and out! And with this 90 degree heat coming down on us I wasn’t going to play with my family’s well being. I sort of figured out what the problem was but these HVAC/Heat Pump systems can be very complex. I usually do my own handy work in home but when it comes to get it fix fast I leave it to the Pros. I called Present A/C service around 9am and Mr Dorsey showed up at 11am exactly when he said he would. He Got the blower unit out within few minutes after some isolating troubleshooting. He went out for about an hour to get a replacement. Within 30 minutes of him returning and installing the blower unit we went from sad and depressed to happy and blessed. Mr Dorsey was prompt and very professional. He took the time to check if the unit was under warranty and it turned out to be just out of it. Very reasonable. The cost was lower expected after doing my own research and talking to other AC companies. Highly recommended and will look to Mr Dorsey for any future A/C issues. Thank you Mr Paul Dorsey and Present Heating Air Conditioning and Refrigeration LLC!
Mr Paul Dorsey always comes thru when I have an AC emergency. He's prompt, professional and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him because he doesn't waste my value time and gets the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Mr. Paul:)
I would definitely recommend Present heating and air conditioning. Mr. Paul came out and fixed the problem, he is very professional and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg like some of the other AC companies. I will definitely call Present for all my service and repairs needs and recommend him to all my friends
Mr Paul has always been reliable and very professional. I have worked with Mr Paul on two of my homes' HVAC systems and they both are working great. Mr Paul actually completely install a new HVAC system and the ductwork as well in my home.
