I waited a little while before writing this review, because honestly, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. Stop your search right now and go with Nolan & Kristen. First and foremost, they are HONEST which is so hard to come by in the used car business, amazingly FAIR in their pricing, and just overall fantastic to work with. We bought a BEAUTIFUL 2019 jeep wrangler for exactly what the advertised online price was. There were no hidden fees, no dealership fees, nothing. The price we paid was the priced advertised, down to the penny. Even after the sale they continued to go above and beyond. Our jeep has oversized tires, so the speedometer needed to be calibrated. They had the part on order to do it, but we bought the jeep before the part came in. Not only did they mail us the part when it came in, they also mailed us all the service records they had on the jeep. Everything they said they would do during the purchase they have done. This is an upstanding business with good honest people running it. I feel so lucky to have found them.
My wife and I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler X about a month or so ago now from Nolan and his wife. We live in Iowa and were a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. Especially a used vehicle! Nolan was VERY forthcoming with any issues or problems that the Jeep might have. He made me feel like I could trust him and after reading some of these reviews myself, I was right! We got all of our PPW signed and returned, scheduled a pick-up for the vehicle and waited a few days for it to show up. It was everything we thought it would be and much more! Nolan and his wife and stand-up people that you shouldn't worry about when purchasing a vehicle from them. They tell it like it is so that there are no surprises and are some of the nicest people I've met. Have no fear! Their customer service can't be beat! We will definitely be referring our friends to Premier Automotive Source and who knows, maybe down the road we'll buy our next vehicle from them as well!
5-star all the way. I just took possession, this morning, of a Jeep Wrangler and Nolan is honest and a true professional. After my thorough inspection, the Jeep is exactly as described. I would purchase again from Nolan and Kristen. Excellent business.
My husband and I have been looking for a 2006 Jeep Unlimited for sometime. Nolan & Kristen were absolutely fantastic to work with! They are extremely honest and the vehicle came EXACTLY the way described in all videos. They have gone above and beyond. We are thrilled with our purchase and will use them again if the time comes. Highly Recommend!!
