I will highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. We received a well-written estimate and patience has we had to go back to the insurance company to revise their payment estimates up to match. In addition to the roof estimate they informed us about chimney repair we needed done that no one else was mentioning. This helpful information didn't put a dime in their pocket either because they didn't do the work or give a referral. Just wanted us to make sure we were going to have a good quality product and no leaks when all work was done. They came on time and gave us good direction about how the process would work. The job was finished in TWO DAYS! That's all well and good but the icing on the cake came when there was a minor incident that we addressed and in the end it was handled satisfactorily and fairly. I work in manufacturing and it is not easy to find someone who will stand behind the word "quality." When these guys say they will earn your satisfaction guaranteed they showed they truly mean it! Thanks guys and the roof looks fantastic! Not a paid sponsor nor did I receive anything for this review. I want to see businesses like this thrive in Jacksonville, FL!

The initial sales representative was amazing and explained the process and total estimate perfectly. After that the communication fell short with the appointments of the start date, times and the fact that a debit/credit card payment would result in additional fees (it's in the contract, I later located) but something that important I think it should be brought to your attention and initialed to make sure the customer is aware prior. There were numerous calls/emails to confirm time/day as to when additionsl work/chimney would be completed. For the higher cost we paid to use the company I can't say we received anything of more value. Although I would not recommend the company, the roof and the chimney were very nice once all the work was completed.

We have been waiting for an estimate since Irma 9/12/2017. Today is 3/8/2018. The owner (Craig) has been to the house and assessed the structural damage twice. We have called numerous times and only got false promises that Craig would call back. The ONLY reason we waited this long is because the Roofer (John and James) were professional and kind. We recommend the Roofing side of the business but NOT the builders side.

I can't say enough about Craig and Cy at the Preferred Group. Hired them over a couple of other contractors that we interviewed to renovate 2 bathrooms, an office conversion to a 5th bedroom, laundry relocation, as well as new doors and trim throughout. To top things off, we gave them a borderline impossible timeline and they managed to come through with flying colors. The work was top notch and pricing was competitive. Very communicative and accessible throughout the process and kept our needs top of mind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a GC to tackle any sort of home renovation project!
