Precision Imaging – Saint Augustine

I've recently gotten two MRI's and an x-ray at Precision. Christina helped me every time at the front desk, and was professional and super helpful. Especially with billing concerns. The staff that helped for all 3 visits as great, and Mandie, Crystal, Alex, and Wendy were also professional, kind and patient. Great facility. Great staff. 5 stars. No complaints.

Beautiful and welcoming environment! Very clean and friendly staff. Carol the receptionist was warm and inviting, made check in very easy. Wendy the technician was very nice and answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout my exam. The waiting/changing rooms were locked so I didn’t worry about my personal belongings. Refreshments were offered and encouraged. I highly recommend getting your imaging done here. It didn’t feel like a regular medical facility. It felt like a beautiful home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Precision Imaging Centers in Saint Augustine. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make the visit smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Mindy, the tech, was phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Tracy, the assistant, was just as wonderful: attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. A huge thank you as well to Cara and Christina at the front—both were welcoming, organized, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. You can tell this team truly works well together and cares about their patients. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, compassion, and professionalism, I can’t recommend Precision Imaging Centers in Saint Augustine enough

Precision Imaging Center is great. I've used them several times and the whole process is always great. My most recent visit was on 9/1/26 and went perfect from beginning to end. Christina at the front desk was very helpful checking me in and handling my questions about the process and looked up my prior procedures at my request and offered to retrieve prior results for my records. Mindy, Tracey and Bry from the back, handled everything from there on, greeting me with pleasantries, explaining more in detail the procedure and in 15 minutes I was done. They explained what to do during the process and made the procedure comfortable. I will definitely go there for the other procedures I plan on getting.
