Powerhouse Realty Inc

I had an awesome experience having Latoshia Hall as my realtor. She was very attentive to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only is she professional but she is an extremely kind person as well. I would definitely recommend her if you are in the market for a home. Thank you Latoshia, and I will most definitely be in touch if I'm ever in the market for another home.

Latoshia came in and saved the day or should I say sale! My family is forever grateful for the professionalism and expertise shown during the purchase of our 2nd home! She was knowledgeable and there for us at every turn during a tough home buying process! We would definitely recommend Powerhouse Realty for all your realty needs!

LaToshia Hall specializes in results!! She was patient and attentive to our every need as a buyer. She helped us to locate a community and home builder that met our needs and budget. We are extremely happy with our home purchase and would recommend LaToshia for your home buying needs as well.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Latoshia on a real estate deal where I was the mortgage broker and my client was interested in one of her listings. She responded promptly, was professional and personable at the sam time. I continued to refer buyers and sellers to her even though I’m no longer in that line of business.
