Power Equipment Sales

Dropped off my Husqvarna chain saw on July 18, 2020 for a tune up. I explained that it was impossible to restart once it was hot and asked the guy at the counter (the Owner I believe) if this was a model that was actually worth repairing or if I should just buy another one, maybe a higher end model. His response was "well, they still make this one." So, because I needed a saw right at that time I purchased a new one from him (at full retail $534.89) and left my old one "for service". I checked with them on 7/31 and was told that my saw was the 3rd ticket on the list to be serviced, and I kept checking back with them every couple of weeks. There was always some kind of excuse as to why it was not ready, “we're so busy”...etc... I went by personally several times and continued to receive the same excuses. At my last visit, sometime in October the owner assured me that he would even stay late that night and take care of it. I told him to not put himself out, as I had already finished my lot clearing project by that time. I waited. Seven months. Today I went in and just told them I wanted to pick up my saw. After a long search they finally found it in the back room. It hadn't been touched. SEVEN MONTHS....and it hadn't been touched. Great service, huh? How does a place like this stay in business?

IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone. it took me 3 days of calling multiple times a day to talk to someone. they've had 2 items of mine for several months now. i spoke to someone 2 months ago who said 1 was ready but 1 wasn't, and they'd call me when they were ready to be picked up. i've gotten no calls and now it's back to calling them and nobody answers.

I have been going to this shop for a year now. To get my equipment as well as getting my equipment fixed. Everytime I've been there they never disappoint and have my equipment back to me in a timely manner. I own my own business so I know how difficult it can be to deal with the variety of customers on a daily basis but they do a fantastic job. Thank you everyone at power equipment sales you guys are the best in town.

These guys are great. They always greet you with a smile. Their work for repairs is exceptional, timely, and they care about the little guys. I bought my newest mower from here and will continue to purchase my lawn equipment from these gentleman. This is how business should be done.
