Amazing experience all the way around! We are so happy with how our pool turned out!!! We shopped several companies. Pool N’ Spas was the last to quote. Not only did they give the best price, but they provided more than other companies. For example, we got more decking, deeper pool, more lights, and more. In addition, they gave us the best design!!! I told them exactly what we wanted and they provided!!! Before we signed the contract, they had their electrician come out to verify our electrical panel could handle the pool; PLUS, they pulled our property survey to make sure we could put the pool where we wanted it. They didn’t even have the contract signed and they were doing more than any other company. During the build, communication was stellar! They added us to a group chat with the sales rep and contractors. If ever we had questions, they would respond in a timely manner. We also downloaded an app they used to post the steps on a calendar. We always knew what was coming next and when. The hardest part is having a pool with water in it and we cannot swim yet. We are in the startup phase. Until the water balances out, we get to step back and admire the guys’ hard work. Thank Pool N’ Spas for helping make our dream come true!

I had the pleasure of having my pool built by Jonathan at Pools N Spas and cannot emphasize enough how great everything went. From the beginning Jon designed us a beautiful pool and deck to fit our backyard and helped us customize it to exactly what we wanted. Jon’s crew who prepped, dug, and built the pool and patio were absolutely top tier. I had the privilege of being home to watch the entire process from start to finish and it was great to see such a quick, yet professional crew. No corners were cut, and the finished product is even nicer than we imagined it would end up being. Huge thanks to Jon and his Pools N Spas crew for building our dream back yard.

He was the fastest to respond during the design process and offered one of the most competitive prices. Throughout the project, Jonathan was incredibly responsive, answering my questions within 24 hours and even stopping by my house to ensure he fully understood my ideas. The work crews were professional, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions for them. The process was amazing from start to finish. I got to fully customize my pool, selecting the skimmer basket location, lights, autofiller, seating, umbrella holders, interior finish, and decking. Every detail was tailored to my preferences, and the result exceeded my expectations. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Pools N Spas of Central Florida. I would recommend Jonathan and his team to anyone, and I plan to work with them again for future projects.
