Our pool was in very poor shape when I called Pool troopers. They did an outstanding job of resurfacing it at a very reasonable cost. Austin keeps our pool immaculate! Dudley is always timely in responding to our questions and requests. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you Pool troopers!
Trae does an outstanding job of not only the weekly service, but he also explains the water sample test and what he is doing to maintain a crystal clear pool. We very much appreciate the great service!
Customer Service is the Worst! I have been trying to get someone to call me back but NO! I am on automatic payments but now they send an invoice on 10th ,in red letters, states my payment is late. I have called and left messages on every # I can find. I will not pay this until someone responds. I absolutely love my technician Tony.
Broc was here today to replace our filter housing. I have 100% confidence in Broc’s workmanship.
Reasonable prices. What makes a successful company is the hard working staff! And Wyatt does a wonderful job when he comes. Keep up the great work!
