I traveled 5 hours one way with my daughter for a consult with Dr. Newaz and his team and I couldn’t be more grateful. From start to finish my experience was phenomenal. When I called to schedule my appointment I was treated with the utmost respect and care—I was could tell from that moment on that I had made the right choice for an airway orthodontic provider. Dr. Newaz was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, kind, and gave me a very detailed analysis of the proposed treatment plan. He and his team made me feel comfortable and at ease. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Monica who was phenomenal. She was extremely organized, helpful, and thought ahead of things that would help make our follow up appointment more seamless—and to made sure that we had all of the resources that we needed going forward. I was so pleasantly impressed by her attention to detail. Today, I was able to speak with Bree from the office who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. She had actually just called me just to check in after my visit and to see if there was anything that she could do to help me schedule a scan before my follow up. Amazing. When I say that I have never experienced this level of excellence or attention to patient care, I mean it. Dr. Newaz and his team have risen above all the rest. I will be recommending his team to everyone I know and will happily drive any distance to see them. Thank you Dr. Newaz, Monica, Bree, and team! There are no words to express my gratitude.

He is professional, kind, and incredibly organized—always making sure appointments, paperwork, and scheduling run seamlessly. James goes above and beyond to answer questions, explain next steps, and make every visit stress-free. His positive energy and genuine care make such a difference—he’s truly a patient coordinator extraordinaire!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brie is an absolutely wonderful orthodontic assistant! She is skilled, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable during every visit. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stand out—she goes above and beyond to explain what’s happening and to put patients at ease. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and her positive, calming energy makes each appointment a great experience. I’m so grateful for Brie and the exceptional care she provides!
Between the knowledge, care, passion, compassion, integrity, and empathy of Dr. Newaz and the dedication, kindness, and courtesy of his staff, this is the only orthodontist to go to. Dr. Newaz has continuously gone out of his way to help me feel comfortable, talk me through anxiety, and make sure I'm taken care of. In addition to that, his staff member, James, went above and beyond today, helping another clinic work through technical issues so that they could view my CBCT scan and help me negate the need for another CT and unnecessary exposure. I can't explain how much this means. 10/10
Dr.Newaz is by far the best ortho doctor i came into contact with. I am so happy with the results I received during and after treatment. When I first got introduced to him, my mouth looked like our family's pet dog! Lol. At the time, I did not think that my mouth was fixable! But Dr.Newaz proved me WRONG! When i say that my smile turned out to look and feel like a million bucks! I couldn't be more happier 😁Trust me, his work speaks for itself!!! He's kind, he's patient, and most importantly he listens and understands the assignment ☺️And I would like to give a Special Shout Out to his team! They Are AMAZING! These people really care and are not just trying to scheme you out of money like most orthodontist do. And James the receptionist is great! If you're looking to be greeted with great customer service, James is definitely the man lol (great personality) But all jokes aside, Dr.Newaz will not disappoint. Just look him up! Check out his work history. You all will not be disappointed 😉 i promise 🫡
