Super personable and informative staff from desk to tech... from pick up to drop off. Our property thanks you, Gabby and the crew, for all your help! Definitely our 'go-to' for all of our golf cart needs.
Many thanks to Chris for solving my problem with ease. Had service and still had a problem Chris picked up cart and took care of every problem. This was done quickly and without any suggestion that the cart was just old. This was customer service as it used to be. Ponte Vedra is the number one place to go.
Awesome service! We bought our golf cart here a few years ago. We continue to get it serviced here and recently upgraded tires and added a lift kit. They had the service done in 1 day! Erika is fantastic to deal with - very responsive and goes above and beyond expectations. We will continue to do business with PV golf carts - don't go anywhere else!
excellent SERVICE experience. They picked up on time delivered on time and every question I asked was answered satisfactorily. I cannot ask for more. Outstanding recommendation. I spoke to to 2 or 3 girls and all of them were very helpful, professional and efficient Ashley the manager was extremely helpful in keeping me informed and I ended up with new batteries and two new tires . I am extremely happy. then one of the batteries had a white deposit and Cameron got my cart picked up the next day at no charge
From my initial inquiry, Gabby was amazing! Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She really was the reason why we chose PV Golf Carts for service. Jeff explained everything perfectly. Brandon was so nice when he took a message. Pickup and return was easy peasy!! We really appreciate everyone’s professionalism and kindness. Will recommend to everyone I know with a cart ! ❤️
