Ponte Vedra Coastal Realty

Vicki Piatt took the time to truly understand our needs and priorities, and always made us feel like a top priority—even during the busiest moments. She communicated clearly, responded promptly, and provided thoughtful guidance at every turn. More than anything, she gave us confidence: that we were in good hands, that our goals were understood, and that nothing would fall through the cracks. Vicki, thank you making the process of finding a purchasing our new home so enjoyable. An outstanding agent and a wonderful person—we recommend Vicki Piatt without reservation.

After buying/selling properties, both personal and investment, for 22 years, we fancied ourselves "somewhat savvy" real estate folks. Dealing with Jake & Vicki was one of the best, if not the best, transactions we've experienced as far as ease of contract & communication, not only answering questions we had with responses that were obviously a culmination of years of experience and expertise, but also offering answers to questions we DIDN'T know we had. Additionally, these are some of the happiest people I've ever met. I would highly recommend Vicki to list your home since her expertise in the Ponte Vedra area is unlikely to be surpassed and from a customer-relations perspective, her vibrance and passion are immediately obvious to all. She's happy, she loves what she does and it shows!

I have bought three properties at different times from Vicki Piat since 2000. Vicki is very knowledgeable of the area and the ever-changing markets. She’s well-connected in the community and for over 21 years has been a great resource when I’ve had questions concerning my homes or the Ponte Vedre Beach scene - despite the demands on her time - she responds and follows up immediately! Dealing with Vicki it’s like dealing with an old friend in fact she is!
