⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding PODS Delivery Service I want to give a 5-star review to LaVaugh for providing exceptional service during my PODS delivery. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. LaVaugh arrived on time, handled the delivery with care, and made sure everything was completed efficiently and safely. His great customer service and positive attitude really stood out. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and made the entire delivery process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to have someone take such pride in their work and genuinely care about providing a great customer experience. LaVaugh represents PODS extremely well, and his professionalism deserves to be recognized. Thank you, LaVaugh, for the outstanding service. You definitely earned 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do not use PODS in Jax. We had a scheduled delivery for this monday that was pushed back 3X and eventually rescheduled. We now have it coming tomorrow and the pick up the next day. That gives us less than a day to move our two bedroom apartment into the POD. Not to mention having to reschedule our moving days back home with a two day drive. We only had a bit of a discount for being inconvenienced. I then received a text this morning saying tomorrows schedule is a pick up and not a delivery??? It should be a delivery! Whoever is in charge here needs a change of hands. This is not worth 2k. This is a VERY disappointing first time experience. PODS is very mismanaged for the price we pay. The POD also comes with no lock or dolly or ratchet straps. What are we paying 2k for?? EDIT: after getting our delivery today we had an awesome time with COREY! I had to go up to the facility itself and talk to their manager Savanna who was extremely helpful in our situation and reassuring we were getting our POD which we did. These two were amazing!

I've used PODS several times and have never had a problem. I just moved from Virginia to Florida. Service is always right on time. Ease and convenience. Can't beat it. Can't remember the driver's name. Maybe Justin but it was cool cuz he lived on the court when he was 16. Brought back a lot of memories for him. We had a good conversation. Every driver I've dealt with has been great.

BEWARE OF FRAUD BY THIS COMPANY!!!! Please Read this before booking. I have used PODS on the West Coast of Florida for years for business. We do full renovations on occupied homes and containers are always necessary. The scam with the Jacksonville location, is that they add additional time without consent from the customer. This means you will have a pod container filling your driveway for at least a month after you are done with it and will also pay for the time they claim they are unable to pick it up! You also cannot dispute the charges without proof, which conveniently none of their online scheduling or contacting works for pick up, you have to call in, leaving no proof to be had. As I spoke with their customer service, fighting for the pod to be picked up sooner, I went online and confirmed a delivery to the same address for the next day… The representative, based somewhere in the Middle East, could not explain to me how a delivery with the same truck and driver could happen within 24hrs but the pick-up couldn’t be done for 4 more weeks, nor did he care. Complete fraud!!! Save yourself the headache of a pod sitting in your driveway for an additional month after you are done with it, while paying them to store their container at your house! Use a different provider for your own sake!
