We had dinner here yesterday and unfortunately left quite disappointed. While the atmosphere was casual and pleasant, the menu variety looked good, and the food arrived in a timely manner with decent portion sizes, the service and quality control had major issues. First, they brought the wrong pasta for my kids. Instead of fixing it properly, the server left the incorrect plate on the table and simply brought the new pasta without the meatball, leaving it up to us to transfer it ourselves—a bit rude and unprofessional. Second, and much worse, I ordered a carbonara pasta, but as I mixed it, I found a very long black hair in it… The server apologized quickly and brought a new one, but his reaction was surprisingly indifferent. Lastly, despite these multiple mistakes (including the hygiene issue), we received the full bill with no adjustment or gesture of goodwill to make up for the evening. We paid respectfully and tipped, but for a restaurant to accumulate these errors and act like nothing happened is unacceptable. The desserts were delicious, but unfortunately, we won't be returning.
The pizza was absolutely delicious! Our server was so attentive and gave us an excellent recommendation. The service was super fast, and the atmosphere was warm and family friendly. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!
Everything was so good I forgot to take pictures of the food! The butternut squash ravioli was delicious, and we absolutely loved the pizza we created. The crust was amazing, and the white base was perfectly balanced. Plus, they’re dog friendly, so our pup could join us. Great food, great service, and a wonderful experience in the Historic District of St. Augustine, Florida.
Today is me and my wife's 2nd wedding anniversary and we decided to spend the day in St Augustine. We walked downtown and visited the shops and decided to try a place we hadn't been before (we usually go to the Columbia). We weren't disappointed. The place was very inviting. Clean. Good atmosphere. We were greeted by the bartender and decided to head to the main dining room. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. My wife had a chicken Alfredo and I had a pizza. Both were incredible. We're definitely going back
Came here on a Thursday night for the first time, we were greeted promptly and went to the bar. Cynthia was serving tables and bartending, very kind and enthusiastic about her job.. She was very knowledgeable about wine choices and allowed me to sample before having a full glass…We started with brushetta and meatballs. I created a pasta and my husband had lasagna. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. We will definitely be back!
