I paid $161 to have dog odor removed from someone’s truck, and unfortunately the service didn’t meet expectations. The detailer guaranteed he could handle the job, but several areas were missed, the floors weren’t fully shampooed as promised, and the equipment he used — both the vacuum and the shampoo machine — seemed old and not powerful enough for deep cleaning. I did call to share my concerns, and he was very polite and offered for me to bring the vehicle back. After thinking it over, I decided not to return because the equipment simply wasn’t adequate for the level of cleaning needed. Within four days, the dog smell came right back. If you’re looking for thorough interior detailing, this is not the place.
Amazing wash, wax and vacuuming. The car looks incredible. Mr. Damon runs the veteran owned Pit Speed car wash and does amazing work. Thank you for your service and for the incredible job on my car
Curtesy, friendly, and together , and they also have great food and service I really enjoyed my experience there thumb up pit speed!!!
My window tint was peeling so I called around to see about getting it replaced and also darker and Pit Speed gave the best prices and was able to see me the next day. Decided to get my carpets shampooed too cuz kids make messes. I’m undecided on a monthly maintenance plan, but it’s good to know that I’ve got the option to prepay. Gift cards would be nice for the holidays too! The owner is delightful and WiWi is the sweetest thing ever. Thanks again for getting me and my car right 💜
I sent my younger cousin on Sunday to get my car detailed he found this place which is not too far from where we live. Once he arrived he called me and I spoke with a young lady who explained that In-N-Out detailing will be $45 which I felt was a little pricey however I just did interior because it was raining all that day which was $30. When I actually got in my car I noticed that too newly purchased air freshener clips were no longer on my vents. I inspected the flooring of the vehicle which was definitely half vacuumed after pushing my driver seat back I noticed there was so much trash and debris that wasn’t even touched the gearshift was dusty and not cleaned etc. etc. I was very disappointed! I had explained to the young lady I just bought the car used and that it need a very thorough detailing. Apparently they did not understand the assignment and told my cousin that she could not tell him what happened to my air fresheners newly bought. Oh lastly he was there over an hour and my car was still have cleaned.
