I wanted to like this place because it's close, but the service was NOT good. I brought them wheels and tires to pair and balance. They only paired them, then said, I have to go somewhere else to finish. I asked for half of my money back and the owner said no. I had to pay or they wouldn't give me back my equipment. When I went to get the wheels and tires balanced by Big Chief Tire, said they had to break the seal and re-pair them to balance them correctly with bags. This place was a total waste of time.
THE GUYS HERE ARE AWESOME!! This was the 4th tire spot my husband tried (Mavis didnt have the tires for the trailer and Discount Tire had a long line where they wouldnt just let him buy the tire and leave then Tire Giant wouldnt even acknowledge him) SOON as we pulled up 2 guys greeted the truck and worked on us RIGHT AWAY!! AL was very nice and very quick we were in and out!! TOP TIER SERVICE (and thats coming from a passenger princess who didnt even have to get out the car) thats the type of service you help but tip ✨️✨️✨️✨️
Ive been here sooo many times with my dad as a kid, and now since im old enough to bear responsibilities of a car, I always come here for anything tire related. These folks are humble and play no games. They live by hard work and respect around here. Glad to see god fearing people in this world still.
I want to share my disappointing experience with this business. I paid for an alignment and front tire balancing service for my vehicle, and after the work was performed multiple times, the issue was never fixed. In fact, the condition of my vehicle became worse, and now the repair is costing me three times more than expected. As a customer, I lost valuable time, money, and trust. If someone is not properly qualified to perform a service, they should not take the job and waste other people’s time and hard-earned money. I tried to resolve the situation in a respectful and reasonable manner, but I did not receive an appropriate solution or refund. Because of this, I will be taking legal action and filing formal complaints through the appropriate channels and review platforms. I hope this experience encourages the business to improve its professionalism and service quality, and helps other customers make informed decisions.✌️
Great service & prices. They're fast, freindly & very knowledgeable. Whenever I have tire needs this is my go to spot. I highly recommend them!
