Looks like a pretty nice place and I love to support my people, but we always have someone at the "windows" of our establishments who don't know what customer service is and always approach you with the "What you want?!" type attitude. On my first opportunity to visit I got exactly that attitude from the little girl at the window. I work too hard for my money to just give it to just anybody. I was hoping to find a new place to support; I guess not! Maybe when you have better customer support at the window?
Owner is clueless. Was told about an employee causing problems, dismissed the person's experience. Other person said trashy people hanging outside wheres the security guard. I remember him. Where is the security guard to keep your customers safe. 20 minute JSO response in this neighborhood just so you know
