Poor customer and patient care. Nurses don’t wash their hands nor do they use hand sanitizer. I had this company for six months and they made up my vitals because no one ever took vitals and I wasn’t even aware they took vitals until they sent a travel nurse and she took vitals. I needed labs done which they were to take as requested by my doctor they never did that. Inconsistent care and service is what this company offers. They wants you to sit,wait and pray a nurse shows up. They have nurses that can’t apply a wound vac but will send the nurse to a wound vac patient. Clinical manager (Stephanie) speaks to patients as if they are trash and dangles the patient services as a result of some sort of punishments. I have never I’m my life had so many issues with a healthcare provider. If you love and want your family member to receive good health care please choose another provider because Pinnacle is under staffed and their nurses are under trained or just don’t care enough to provide good clean care. This company is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen.
