⭐️Pinnacle Bank – Biased, hand-selective practices disrupted my business expansion and vacation I am a business owner, born and raised in Florida, and I am currently in the process of moving my business to Tennessee. During a scheduled vacation—critical to overseeing this transition—I needed access to my own funds from my Tennessee location. Pinnacle Bank employee Vicky denied me that access, her communication was poor. The customer service was unprofessional. My vacation and business momentum was almost interrupted. I do not depend on Pinnacle Bank to operate or sustain my livelihood. However, the experience was disheartening, unprofessional, and deeply revealing. Worse still, Pinnacle Bank’s Tennessee operation proved to be extremely biased and hand-selective in their treatment of clients. I was judged prematurely—before I could even introduce my Florida-based business partners to opportunities that would benefit our shared expansion into Tennessee. This type of prejudicial behavior has no place in a financial institution, particularly when directed at a business owner managing interstate growth. I caution fellow business owners: if you are expanding from out of state, do not expect fair or reliable service from Pinnacle Bank. This is my transparent, straight forward experience with this bank!
