I’ve used Pineda Dynasty for 4 services total. The first two services were adequate, however both of my most recent services (2 total for the month of July) have been unsatisfactory. During these two services, there were blatantly missed patches of weeds and my hedges were untrimmed (an extra service that I pay for). Communication with the company is little to none. When I called and texted to resolve my issues, I was unanswered minus a text and invoice that told me they could do weekly maintenance for an additional fee. But the issue wasn’t that I needed extra maintenance- the issue was with the service that was given. Why would I pay extra when I was unsatisfied with the work completed on my lawn? The company has no interest in communicating or resolving issues when you receive unprofessional and incomplete work. I’ll attach pictures of my lawn and hedges to demonstrate the quality of work that I received. I’m giving them a more than fair rating given the work I received.
I hired Pineda Dynasty because they were working on my street and I was getting ready to have surgery. They've done an excellent job mowing and trimming my yard! The surgery is done, but I will continue with Pineda! Thank you.
Terrible communication. They started mowing my lawn more often without telling me. I emailed them multiple times, and texted to no response. I stopped paying so they would reach out to me, which they did. They said they would change the price immediately after I paid for the extra services that I didn’t ask for them to do. They just did without asking. I would not recommend them to anyone.
They worked very clean and efficiently. They were well aware areas that required special attention. I'm very happy with their professionalism and quality of service.
I found that they they used the weed eater to make edges way too low at my place. A lot of the grass around the edges of my yard and under my tree in my back yard are scorched earth at this point. I don’t know if they mow very low or if they just cover a lot of ground with the weed eater but you can clearly tell the difference between my grass and my neighbors. You couldn’t tell a difference before I got the service. I got my yard mowed 4 times over a two month period. I was home the last time they mowed and they were here for maybe 8 min. I don’t know if they were just rushing or what. Got the job done while I was gone, but lost some grass in the process.
