I see on trucker bath no have laundry washer and dryer on the app but I came here on this pilot truck stop on Jacksonville,FL today and I see we have a room for laundry inside I would to tell the truck driver when you come we have a laundry room address is 1050 US 301 S Jacksonville Florida 32234
I was attended with a rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant attitude, almost in a vulgar, street-like manner. On top of that, the person even attempted to deny me service without any clear justification. What’s most surprising is that this individual had a ‘Team Member Trainer’ badge. I can’t comprehend how someone like that could be a trainer.
5:40am. No hot food. No vanilla creamer. Dont have time for subway. Did yall think truckers weren't coming today or what?
First and foremost I don't blame the employees for this. They are friendly and professional. First is the showers. There's only 3 of them and they are lukewarm. The shower heads are setup in such a way they splash all over your stuff if you put it anywhere other than the sink because there no hooks to hang stuff up. Second is the parking. It's like 80% reserved only. Ive seen this as a growing problem at pilots all over but this one of the worst given it's size. Stuff like this is exploitative of drivers who just want to do their job right and not park illegally on the side of the interstate.
Showers were a disappointment. The water keep going from luke warm to ice cold. Never got hot! Only food was subway. Hardly any grass to walk the dog.
