You must try these pies. They are outstanding. Lemon Chess, Lemon Merengue, chocolate, peach, strawberry rhubarb, we tried a slice of each and none disappointed. It was served with percolated coffee that complimented the pie perfectly. Will definitely go back. 5 Stars. Would recommend!
Just, go. Places like this are like unicorns. The owner, Christine, greeted me like an old friend. She uses proceeds to support the needy. They offer full pies, or mini pies and slices. (I own a restaurant. The prices for this kind of hand-made baked good are right on. And she does good in the world. What more could you ask?). I got sweet and savory selections. Menu is always changing. If you are looking for something particular, call ahead.
I’m overall happy with the pies! I did drive a distance and got there 30 minutes before opening to not have any pecan pies, or the strawberry rhubarb.. However I was pleasantly happy with the chicken pot pie! The pumpkin was kicking with freshness and a bit of cinnamon flavor! Then I ended up picking the coconut custard which was very creamy just not my top pick. Love that they are homemade!
Such a cute place we had never been before but we will for sure be returning! The workers were all so sweet and such a joy to converse with and the pies are amazing, we got the blueberry pie and the Shepards pie and a slice of apple pie as well. Everything we got was amazing and delicious! Would definitely recommend to any one looking for a pie, sweet or savory!
The answer to all your worries is already in the name. Simple. Simple. Pie. Heaven. The Heaven of Pies. Ultra Delicious Pies, both Savory and Sweet, made with Love, Expertise, and Joy.
