After been a few times in some clinics for treatment, I been surprised by dealing with someone who care , about me coming safe, no rushing, when I called to apologize for arriving late, He answered: just come safe , it’s okay , When I arrived he have everything ready, and kept helping me for finishing the very long registration, I was shocked by all of this welcoming ways I never experienced it for the last decades from NYC to Texas and in between. Every body else was like a family between each other and with me. The Doctors were Excellent make sure I understand and feel like I know all of them for very long time. That’s a reality, my words from my heart about the first time you some one don’t know you , but treating you with all of this kindness. That was the young man called Brian. I hope his Administration manager can read my words . Yehia Freeman New patient.
I am glad this was the facility that was chosen for me. They are very nice people very professional. They always make my appointments fun. They are working. When I come in, I am immediately or not long after I am there. I am being attend to. Never keep Me in one place more than I am supposed to be. From one place another always so They takes care of me. Very good place to come. I enjoy them all.
Omg I take all the good things I said about Amy. Today is 12/06/2024 Amy. I don't know what's your problem is this evening, but I didn't do anything to you. We came in. i had my daughter to sign her name for me. You asked for my driver license I said ok so i wanted to make sure she signed it correctly. You rudely asked do I have my license so you could put it in my file I said you mean my daughter . Oooh Amy you got heated bc I corrected you. Then you asked again I then told you if you give me a minute and let me get to my purse id be more than happy to give it to you. And I was so shocked by your unprofessionalism I really couldn't say anything. Then you had the audacity to ask me was I ok. The question is, was you ok. You got mad at me bc I didn't move fast enough for you or whatever it is I didn't do anything to you. And Even my baby said you were rude.
I found a great doctor here. The therapist has been amazing too. So is everyone in the staff. They are friendly and really ready to answer any questions. I am so happy things are great now.
