I haven’t even been to this place yet and have already been scared off! The call center people are not on the same page, and I couldn’t understand both of them very well either. One of them didn’t want to help me and the other I couldn’t understand and the third time I called to try I got hung up on. Bad vibes already. I’ll be calling insurance to request a different provider for pain management. It shouldn’t be this hard to set up a new patient appt. We should be able to understand the people on the phone. They should be able to speak proper English so that we can understand them and they can understand us. Definitely a language barrier with the first two and the third one just hung up and idk why.

The office was clean and quiet. The lady at the reception was really sweet and it was a good visit with the doctor so I'm happy
After informing them it takes me longer because of my age, to fill out the form, and going there and hour earlier, and the staff commented to me " you're into your appointment time". Was uncalled for. As a Professional Healthcare provider, and working in pain management, this is unacceptable.
My appointment was cancelled and no one contact me to let me know about my appointment being cancelled. After going to this hell if a location and finding out why I will be raising “hell” LITERALLY due to false accusations, and will possibly file a lawsuit! FYI: They are never open and should stay closed due to being unprofessional and a list of other issues!
Helpful in every way. Alda listens and gives concrete advice to address the pain. I never feel rushed to get to the next patient.
