Petra Automotive Center

First timer at Petra Automotive Center and future go to shop. I showed up with no appointment, they worked my company vehicle in for A/C repairs. Customer service explained the issue, following diagnostic testing and provided a quote. The work was performed timely and as promised. Very respectful and professional group of mechanics, you can trust. They even provide a warranty with their work. No complaints here and I highly recommend them. Thank you,

The service I received is reminiscent of 20-30 ago service. I didn’t feel like I was being shuffled through. They did a full diagnostic and found the problem. Everyone I dealt with was terrific. I was notified everything that was found and as they did the repairs, I was notified if they found any other issues. My truck is 10 years old, they could have absolutely kept upselling services. They stuck to the reason I was there. They did point out a few things that were needed, but they were operator level issues. I will definitely keep using Petra automotive. Bea and AJ absolutely went above and beyond with customer service.

Brakes done on two separate cars. Both finished same day. Great job and pricing. Bea is very good with speedy and informative and communication and the mechanic work is top notch.

I highly commend Petra Automotive for its exceptional customer service and comprehensive explanations. I’ve been a customer of theirs since 2020 and their commitment to providing a superior experience is still evident in every interaction. This business stands out as a truly remarkable entity that deserves a wider recognition and customer base.
