My experience with Jay was phenomenal. My wife was looking for a vehicle for herself, we been to many many locations in Jacksonville, they wasnt up to par with jay vehicles and prices you can't beat. A great experience I'll be back to purchase more vehicles in ths future for him.

I highly recommend Petra Auto Sales to any and everyone interested in getting exactly what they want at the best cost possible. Jay went above and beyond to make me happy. When I reached out about a car I wanted to see he had just sold it. But it was a blessing in disguise since he went out of his way to hunt down exactly what I wanted! At first I thought for sure I was going to get hit w some hidden fee, seeing as to how I’m a 32 yr old female (which has happened w my last 3 car purchases). But that definitely wasn’t the case. I even had the car checked out by my family’s mechanic and for once he approved!!

Worst place to buy a car!!!! Do not buy from here!!!! Guy conned me and messed up my credit. Got the car and was told he would fix everything but when I signed the papers nothing has gotten fixed and within a month from getting the car the battery went bad and he didn’t do anything to help me not even pay half for a new battery. He even but down the wrong mileage on the paperwork over 3,000 miles less than when I bought. Went to clean the van and there’s holes under the car mats and the trunk doesn’t even have the right floormat in it either. Didn’t go over anything with me and conned me into paying 17,000$ for a 2015 with over 115,000 miles. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!! BBB complaint is still pending.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!! Worst place to buy a car. The guy will promise to fix everything that you see wrong with the car until you sign the papers then he doesn’t fix anything. Bought a car with 116,000 miles but the warranty paperwork he had me sign said 113,000 but when I said something about it he said I’ll change that on the papers after but never did. Then after one month with the car the battery is completely shot and he said that’s not his problem. Do not buy a car here!!! Will be reporting these problems with the BBB.
