I moved to St Aug in April. I found Miss Kim shortly after. I have gotten my nails done for years, and I kind of wanted to stop. I had an event that Miss Kim did my nails for- I was hooked. In the past, there were times I could not wait for a fill in because the color, or wonky shape was driving me crazy, with Miss kim, I'm in love with every set. She takes so much time and attention to detail! They are always shaped so beautifully and last so long! I do a lot of diy projects( often without gloves) and my nails withstand and look great. Miss Kim is also very sweet. She is always offering great wellness and exercise advice! Also, bonus, she uses an organic dipping powder and there is no chemical smell in her cozy place. She's a gem.
Editing to add that I love Ms. Kim’s new location! It’s even cozier and more relaxing than the previous one. She did a fabulous job as always, and my nails look so fun and fresh. Original review: I got a powder dip manicure from Kim—she did a beautiful job. She was very thorough and meticulous to ensure my manicure would last. Plus, she’s extremely kind and gentle—the nicest nail tech I’ve had! Highly, highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.
Kim's work is always meticulous and lasts longer than anywhere else I have ever gotten my nails done. She pays attention to detail and always goes the extra mile to make sure your nails are perfect and will actually last. I went to Kim religiously for my dip manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing for the year I lived in Saint Augustine and miss her dearly now that I've moved to IL !!! She does the most high quality work and in a calming, mellow environment filled with plants... it's a dream. A lot of nail salons are loud, overstimulating, impersonal and rushed- which to me are huge aversions in a salon experience. Petite nail couldn't be more opposite; I always looked forward to my monthly visits with Kim. I always knew the quality would be top tier as well as the conversation (pick her brain about gardening tips, she is a wealth of knowledge!!) ...honestly, best of the best
I've been going to Miss Kim for years. She takes her time & does things properly. My nails never break or chip! Her & her husband are wonderful!! The new location is peaceful & quiet! Highly recommend!!
A Little Hidden Gem, specializing in organic dipping powder. She did a phenominal job i showed her a inspo pic and she delivered just that. beautiful salon that also does hair and beauty services. highly recommend if you are a dipping powder girly!
