I moved here from Tennessee lost and seeking new medical care. God blessed me with finding Dr Jansen who helped me so much and then I met Ms Barbara Austin and her adorable assistant. I adore both of them and trust in their advise. Today I got my results of cancer in my breast and feel I can get through this because I have such beautiful people behind me. Great primary care doc. Dr. Jansen is a straight shooter who has taken great care of me as a patient. Isn't afraid to be honest with you in areas where your health could use some effort and improvement on your end, but also notices and will call out good work as well.

I never leave google reviews, but I decided to take a moment to do so because Amy has been so helpful and friendly every single time I have called or visited the black creek location. She always goes above and beyond to help each individual patient as much as possible and that is extremely rare nowadays! Dr. Jansen is a great physician and he is backed by an amazing staff as well.

Office is absolutely horrible, stay away! They never return calls to the patient or the pharmacy when there is a problem. I blame the office staff, BUT its Dr. Jansen's name on the door so a reflection on him. After speaking with friends & acquaintances in Fleming Island, its a known problem so they all have left and gone to Mayo which is 30 min away but a much better atmosphere who care enough about the patient to answer questions and return calls.
