I don’t normally post reviews, but felt like I had to warn other dog owners about this location. Took my dog to board for 2 nights (we normally board at Forever Vets Resort and they’re amazing but full that weekend). They called saying he had loose stool which i wasn’t really surprised cause it happens. After picking him up, they mentioned he received a complimentary bath which was a great surprise at first especially since that’s an additional charge based on their website. His first stool when he got him that night was still watery but then there was a lot of blood. We monitored it for a bit and he kept bleeding, so we called that same night and they were closed. I called the next morning to see if something happened and if there was a reason why he got a complimentary bath just in case they knew something happened and didn’t mention it. She stated he soiled his cage cause of the watery stool and got it on him. Which is concerning because when was the last time they took him out then? They also mentioned it’s normal for dogs to bleed due to stress when boarding, which I’ve never heard of before or seen because we board frequently between forever vets resort and neighbors. Just an FYI if you bring your dogs here and they start bleeding afterwards. Also - i was concerned because this never happened until the stay and they offered to check him but at the normal vet price. Won’t be coming back again and hoping other pet owners wont have to go through this with their fur babies.
My puppy is super shy but when I saw her interacting with the staff on the webcam, it was amazing!! She was jumping up on them and getting in their laps. She usually only does that with me!! So they really made her very comfortable.
From the moment we drop Max off till we pick him up we are sure he’s taken well care of. There is a camera that we can tap into anytime to see how he’s doing at the facility. He has gone there for day camp as they call it and grooming by a wonderful young lady named Alisha. And the prices are fantastic. We have been very very pleased with their care.
I am beyond thrilled to have found this place ! Today was my dog’s first day joining the pack at camp. I love how I could check in on him throughout the day with their live webcams! They also sent me some cute photos of him enjoying his day! And they had a nice little end of day report card for him to let me know how his day was!! On top of all of that, when I picked him up he was exhausted!!! And my dog is a black lab pit mix who is usually full of energy by the time I get home. With Pet paradise I am able to go about my day at work and not feel sad that my dog is at home and when we both come home at the end of the day together we are both ready to wind down! 10/10 really recommend the WGV location, they definitely have more space and staff than other locations to accommodate for all day play with your dog !
So far we've had a great experience. The people that work here are very friendly and will make you feelnat ease living your pup here. They will reply to your emails and calls, unlike other places. Love the communication, the place, the fact that some rooms have an enclosed patio, and you also have an option to get an update on how your pup is doing. The only thing that would complete it for me would be that some of the rooms had cameras, but other than that all great!
