Dr. Perry Carlos has been my PCP for over 40 years. Even after I moved to Fleming Island, I would not consider seeing a different doctor. He is a very kind and compassionate man. Dr. Carlos actively listens to his patients. You can talk to him and know that he will seek the best treatment for your condition/problem.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Carlos as our primary care physician for 30+ yrs. He is more like a friend in the way you can talk and relate to him than just being your doctor, I think especially for my husband. Men in general just do not like doctors but my husband felt comfortable talking to Dr. Carlos about anything, I think. When my husband passed away over 2 1/2 yrs ago unexpectedly and I went in for my visit had to tell Dr. Carlos, he cried. He is such a personable, caring, Christian doctor. He and his staff have always been very professional to us.
I've been going to Dr. Carlos for at least the last 2-3 years and have been very pleased with the quality of service he provides. He is always very courteous, asks the appropriate questions, and never gives the impression that he is rushed to get on to the next patient.
Horrible experience! Dr. Carlos is amazing however the office stuff is very unorganized and inconsiderate. What one tells you the other one doesn’t. The office lost my lab work which required for me to get blood drawn twice. Also, my son appointment was canceled without any notice. People do take time off from work to attend doctors visit. Very unprofessional and extremely unorganized!
Dr. Carlos is an outstanding doctor who cares and has a great bedside manner. The entire staff is courteous and welcoming.
