Performance Painting Contractors, Inc.

I highly recommend Performance Painters who recently completed work in our neighborhood. They were professional, courteous, and delivered top-grade, quality workmanship from start to finish. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and made sure the surrounding grounds were completely cleaned up when the job was finished. I especially want to recognize Frankie for his leadership. He was pleasant, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he works hard to ensure his crew is successful in their varied tasks and that the job is completed to a high standard. I truly appreciate the professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail, and excellent service Frankie and his crew delivered. It was refreshing to see a team take such pride in their work while also respecting our homes and neighborhood. Great job and beautiful results!

I worked with Shane Cabe, Josh Hart and Tammy Hartley on a community wide painting project for a condo community I manage. This team was amazing to work with. They made the project a breeze on both the management and homeowner side. Providing detailed info to distribute to the owners, including direct contact numbers to streamline any owner questions, posting reminder fliers on each owners door and completing the project ahead of schedule. Tammy in the accounting department was friendly and efficient. Everyone went above and beyond to make this project quick and easy!!! Thank you so much!!! I look forward to working with Performance Painting in the future.

Performance Painting just finished painting our house. The.crew are an excellent team: friendly, very helpful, very careful in their work, and detail oriented. Perfect job. Every detail was attended to. House was washed before painting began. Stucco cracks were repaired and are invisible now and none were missed. We couldn't be happier. House looks teriffic. Thanks guys for an excellent job. Outstanding!

Hands down, best painting company I've ever had for a large condo project. Jim Rhein started the ball rolling from introduction to start. We had to make a few last minute pivots on some details, no faults of the painting company, but Jim had answers and alternatives before any problems came about. He was ahead of the game every step of the way and a true pleasure to work with. Jeff Vining, our Project manager was the same caliber!!! He ran project like a true professional!! I was blessed to have him. I'll be honest in saying I was dreading this project from a past experience from a less qualified vendor, but these guys are on point. I would use them again in a heart beat. They are always welcome on my property!!!!! 10 stars!!!
