Great venue location that has been newly remodeled. We hosted a post graduation party and this open and flexible space easly hosted 75 people. The kitchen included use of an ice machine, large sink and spacious counters for event prep, a 50 cubic foot commercial fridge, a rolling beverage cooler and food warming cabinet. Also included were tables, chairs, and a large tv for video presentations. The exterior is clean with plenty of parking. On a hot day in June the air conditioner kept the interior cool and comfortable. The floors are original and beautifully refinished. I know there is a lot of history related to this building and the fire station next door, so my only recommendation to the owners would be to find a way to tell that story honoring the historical nature of the building, while maintaining the updated amenities. The wifi is strong even with over 50 people in the building amd streaming on the TV. Peoria crossing event center is located right next to the fire station #17 on Peoria rd in orange park
