Puneet was very helpful when we needed it most! She initiated getting our family member samples of cream when the pharmacy did not have it in stock, and followed up with a call within the hour informing me that the office at the beach had it ready for me. She is so knowledgeable about the workings of pharmacies and filling prescriptions and assisted through the transition of changing pharmacies so our loved one could receive the medication they need. It was so relieving to speak with someone who is a problem solver, takes the initiative, and cares 🫶. Thank you, Puneet 😊

I took off work and drove 45 minutes to my appointment that was confirmed via text, email, and phone call. When I arrived I said my name and the front desk girl said “Okay.” She just looked at me for a while and finally said “And did you have an appointment?” I said yes 9:30. She said “Oh sorry you’re scheduled with a provider who is no longer with us and we couldn’t see their schedule to call the patients.” This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I took off work and organized my entire morning based on this appointment. I even checked in and prepaid. Do not choose this dermatologist if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Incredible experience, I had 2 spider veins on my face lazored. & put on skin care that has already cleared my skin in just 7 days. Doctor Pentel is so caring and kind. Wonderful bedside manner. This will be my go to place for ascetics as well as dermatology.
