He was cited for co-mingling funds in his attorney trust account, for not keeping proper attorney trust account records, in fact for multiple issues with his attorney trust account. The news articles on him regarding this matter are very concerning and involve large sums of money. It might be best to work with an attorney with no history of financial issues with his attorney trust account which lead to disciplinary action from the Florida Bar. Guys who take blind elderly clients to the bank to take out loans probably should not be the goto attorney
