This is the worst pediatrician office, I had both my boys there for a while just because it was close by but the doctors are never there, mostly I had a nurse seeing them, my boy had Lyme and they brushed it off and only ordered a test after I insisted and the test was positive. Now, that I moved to another pediatric office they refuse to provide the boys medical records to the new pediatrician! My boys were never sick except the Lyme so I kept going there for convenience but oh my !! They can do so much better ! I never had to change a pediatrician before and I’m so glad I did !
I’m very grateful that I found Rainbow Pediatric at Nocatee, for my 2 years old boy. The whole staff from the front desk to the nurses are very helpful and caring. Specially Dr Bradley she is amazing. She will listen to you and she is always on point. She is warm and caring. She will not push you for anything but at the same time she will let you know what’s has to be done. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is a perfect mixed of mother and Dr. I love her.
Lindsay has been absolutely amazing with both of my boys! She’s caring, attentive, and truly listens to all of our concerns. She makes each visit comfortable and stress-free, and my kids actually enjoy seeing her. Her professionalism and kindness put us at ease every time. I can’t recommend her enough, she’s wonderful with children and an incredible pediatrician!
We moved here in 2021, and I’m thrilled we found such a wonderful pediatric clinic. I bring all three of my boys here, and I can confidently say every experience has been positive. The doctors and staff are always professional and caring, and Dr. Bradley is truly exceptional! I'm so happy to have such a great pediatric center close to home. Highly recommend!!!
Love Nurse Abby!! We've seen her a few times now and she's so patient, thorough, kind, friendly and takes her time talking with my son. He is comfortable with her, which is great. The rest of the staff is good. We've seen Dr. Reddy a couple of times and she's okay. Nurse Abby makes it worth going here. I don't like that the patient portal isn't very well maintained - records and bills are not always updated.
