Pediatric Home Service

It's great when things are done properly and handled properly but terrible when it's not. Been trying to get things handled since the 11th we have had small issues here and there but I have overlooked them as they were small. Now I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get supplies and they most only have 1 person who answers the phone because Everytime I call it's a 45 plus min wait. Currently on hold for 1 hr and 15 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone 🤷🏼‍♀️ I think if this doesn't happen after this call I will be switching DME companies cause this is terrible service. Yes I realize it says All About Peds cause that was the previous company before it changed names and that's how I know it's the DME company so no I m not changing it. Ever since it changed it has gone downhill.

I can’t stand calling this place every month to place orders for diapers. These people never answer their phones. One time I called for a whole week and no one answered so I contacted my sons case nurse through his insurance if we can get a different company so she said to let her try and something happened to her so she faxed this company letting them know I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and then finally someone called me saying they didn’t understand if their phones work YET I’m still trying to order diapers and I CANT GET A HOLD OF THEM THE PAST TWO DAYS!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! This company is terrible absolutely terrible, it’s so sad these kids need these supplies and this careless company does not care about your child’s needs.

After a few bumps when my patient first switched to PHS, the service has been great. Friendly and helpful staff make it easy to accomplish tasks. Kim and Carl, our Respiratory Therapists, are amazing and do whatever they can to ensure my patient gets everything she needs.

Absolutely terrible. I was promised my son's bed would arrive prior to Friday so my son who's been in the hospital for over a month could finally come home. He's 2.5 hours away and I run a company plus have 5 other kids I don't get to go visit every day. Now he has to stay and additional 5 days because of this companies negligence and lack of compassion. They gave false hope to literally tell us sorry too bad. This isn't right nor fair to tell a parent who's never had to stay away from their child who has planned so much for her child to then just be told oh nevermind. Maybe next week. Its just wrong on so many levels. Very disappointed.
