First of all Ms.Kristen at the front desk!!!! You are the most amazing human being to ever work at this doctor's office! I appreciate everyone and their efforts but compared to others I've had to "deal" with and beg for help in the past YOU have always made everything SO extremely easy, hassle free, (even if it's a hassle for you, you always take that stress off of me and just take care of everything) and always give enjoyable interaction in person and in office. I would have been dealing with DAYS of stress and an empty profile account so many times if it weren't for you and every time I have anything to do, recieve, or need to get taken care of in the office YOU ARE MY GO TO!!! I cant say enough good things about her! She's always helpful, kind, creates a welcoming environment, and goes the extra mile and shes eager and willing to help patients/parents succeed with whatever they need between appointment making, paperwork, and everything in between and on some of my most stressful days with many kids health needs to handle Kristens kindness has gone further than she will probably ever realize! This woman is an absolute asset and she deserves every bit of recognition from the practice and patients. so I just always want for her effort to always go fully noticed and her to know she's appreciated and should be valued in her work space for this. Now for the docs- lol. Sorry to have made that all about sweet Kristen, but I had to put that out there first! Dr.O, Ms.Ann, and Ms.katrina are all great! I wish Ms. Ann was back at the beaches location again because we miss seeing her and feel like the office is a little over booked due to not having Ms.ann there anymore but they always do their best! I love it that each of them don't feel threatened or offended by you being apart of your child's care plan when they are sick, need referrals, and when they don't know something they take that step back and say "let's figure this out and seek answers with a referral" I truly respect them so much for this rather than treating my children like guinea pigs. Like Dr.O has said to me "he's your child and you know him best" Same for Ms Ann!! She's awesome! -Guided information is her job for when we're making a care plan and she does that well with patience and has a willingness for listening and explaining options. Shes also extremely thorough and often takes a natural approach to things before just jumping straight into medications especially that might have a lot of side effects. Which also is appreciated. I don't know if that is specifically for us because she knows what type of mom I am and that i would prefer a holistic approach before pharmaceuticals if at all possible but either way it's her giving extra Care for our needs as a family that works for us and it's appreciated. Also THE KIDS ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!! Ms Katrina is very kind, patient and gentle with children. I have only 2 issues and that's why I placed 4 stars. #1- the "healthy" vs "sick" sides arent well thought out. The sick side is very small and when you're in there with your germs and sitting on top of another family with their germs it's a recipe for disaster to pick up another illness when the immune system is already stressed. We also have to pass the sick side to get to the exam rooms from the well side and touch all the same surfaces anyways so the seating should be more spaced out for the sick people waiting. I think that those rooms switched would be best so at least the contact you have in common spaces are limited and can be dealt with with by hand washing etc. unlike another sick child right next to you and coughing on your child etc. #2- Lysol. It's awful for the kids to breathe in especially if they are coming in with a cold/ breathing issues/asthma. Clorox wipes or a gentle cleaner spray and rags are always a safe and cheap option that doesn't fill the air with toxic chemicals.
Love this office! We’ve brought my son here since he was born and could not recommend them more! We’ve always felt welcome walking through the door, the staff remembers us and helps with anything we need. Mrs. Katrina is who we see on a regular basis and she is phenomenal! She helped me feel like I wasn’t crazy when I was going through the thick of newborn and postpartum craziness and had guided us through multiple issues that have popped up over the past two years. We’ve seen a few other doctors for last minute sick appointments, and so far everyone we’ve been with have been helpful and kind!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers! Every single staff member is attentive, kind, and incredibly resourceful. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel truly heard and cared for, but this team goes above and beyond. What stood out most was the exceptional follow-up – the doctor herself called personally to check on my child, which gave me such peace of mind. That kind of dedication and genuine concern for their patients is something you just don’t find everywhere. The staff is warm, organized, and always ready with helpful solutions or guidance, no matter how busy they are. You can tell they truly care about the families they serve. I feel so grateful to have found a practice that combines professional expertise with such compassionate care. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been to all locations at this practice over the years with both of my 2 children. The beaches is the furthest location from where I reside, but will be our new permanent location! Amanda Kling APRN is absolutely amazing. She is so nice and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond taking care of her patients. We don’t have health insurance and she spends extra time researching to find us similar medications that are affordable for self pay patients. I can’t thank her enough for all her help with my family. She keeps up to date on new therapies/treatment recommendations for my 6 year old son’s asthma and not just old school regimens like previous physicians. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone, especially seen under Amanda Kling’s care! Thank you!! ❤️
I absolutely love 24/7! We’ve been coming since my daughter was born in 2014 and have loved our experiences. The fact it’s 24/7 is a huge WIN for me. It’s so nice to have an option after hours other than the ER. We go to the beach office and love their front staff. Always greeted with big smiles and they get us checked in right away. I never have issues with getting my kiddos in for an appointment, even for a sick visit they can fit us in same day! The providers there are great and take their time during your appointment. When my daughter had emergency surgery at 16 days old and we came in for a well visit sometime afterward multiple providers came in to check on and see her while we were there. Truly made us feel known and special! Anytime I have a question I call them and I’m never made to feel like I’m a bother and the staff makes sure to help me get an answer! I really can’t recommend this practice enough!
