Pediatric Associates - St. Augustine North

Dr. Michael Soberano has been an amazing doctor for my children. He takes his time during every visit, listens carefully to my concerns, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I truly appreciate how patient, kind, and caring he is. He makes my kids feel comfortable and at ease, which means a lot as a parent. He is very knowledgeable and never makes us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. I’m very grateful to have him as my children’s doctor and highly recommend him to other families.

I would give this clinic a -10 stars if i could . We have been going here since 11 years and finally I am at a point where I am done with this place. They have outsourced their phone, their call center is like a fish market . I called the after hours today and they don’t have that anymore , just a medical line where she basically asked me to book a tele appointment instead of answering any of my medical questions . Also, I couldn’t understand a word she was saying, she has such a strong accent and she seemed to be getting mad at me for asking her to repeat it ( I am a person of color too, but u can’t have someone with such a strong accent work over the phone that we don’t understand !) We never get to see a doctor here , always a nurse ( if we are lucky enough to even get a same day sick appointment. The lis is endless!

Amazing nurses and doctors! They’ve really gotten to know my kiddos and take great care of them. We’ve gone to the North St. Augustine clinic for over 9 years and have a wonderful experience every time.
